PRODUCTION PHOTOS FOR AMERICAN BUFFALO by David Mamet
American Buffalo is the first production of the year at the Dukes. Now 25 years old, it is a modern classic which set the trend for gritty, hard-hitting depictions of criminal lowlife like Pulp Fiction and Goodfellas.
The play is set in Don's junk-filled downtown shop where three crooks and small-time poker players plan their heist. Problems arise as their mutual mistrust becomes apparent, and Don, Teach and Bob find themselves in a war of nerves and words.
American Buffalo stars Trevor Cooper (Don), Terence Beesley (Teach) and Alun Raglan (Bob). It is directed by Ian Hastings and designed by Penny Fitt.
The play runs until 11th March with performances from Tuesdays to Saturdays and tickets are available now from the Dukes
