We only use material in the public domain, material such as photographs which we have taken or generated ourselves, or material supplied to us by others.
Where material is supplied by others we assume that when you supply the material you intend us to publish it and give us the right to do so in whole or in part.
If you supply material and tell us that it is not for publication then we will not publish it.
If we use your material and later you ask us to remove it from our site then we will remove it as soon as practicable.
Where critical reviews, such as of plays, cinema are published they are done as critical reviews with all the normal associated rights and responsibilities.
