Advertising entries on LakesUK.com are intended to promote businesses in the area served by LakesUK.com that area may be modified from time to time by management at LakesUK.com. Accounts that do not promote business in this area may be accepted subject to management approval.
All contracts are deeded to have been made at Lancaster, England.
Paid entries will revert to basic entries at the end of the subscription period.
Advertisers and users agree that English law is applicable to all transactions and use of the site.
LakesUK.com management will be the sole arbiter of what constitues acceptable entries either by type of business or content.
Unacceptable entries will be disabled without notice.
Offensive usenames may result in the termination of an account without notice.
Advertisers who do not supply a valid UK address will have their accounts suspended until a verifiable address is supplied.
